Mr. Bahensky graduated from the University of Nebraska for his undergraduate degree before receiving his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1977.
Jack W. Besse is a partner in the office of Parker, Grossart & Bahensky, L.L.P. Jack has a diversified legal practice. He represents clients in various civil litigation, estate planning, probate, business and real estate matters. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Jack was a shareholder at the law firm of Fangmeyer, Aschwege & Besse, P.C.

Mr. Besse graduated from Kearney State College in 1986 and received his law degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1989.
Amy L. (Parker) Bowman has been a partner in the firm since 2011. She practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law, real estate, guardianships and conservatorships and adoptions.
Mrs. Bowman was born and raised in Kearney, Nebraska, graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2001, and attended law school at the University of Nebraska College of Law, Lincoln, Nebraska, where she was a member of moot court and graduated with distinction in 2005.

Luke Zinnell is a partner at Parker, Grossart & Bahensky, L.L.P. Luke represents clients in diverse areas of the law, including matters of family law, guardianship and conservatorship, adoption, real estate, landlord-tenant disputes, estate planning, probate administration and business.
Mr. Zinnell brings a youthful, positive energy to each of his cases and eagerly represents each of his clients. Luke is a 2016 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and in federal court. Luke is also certified to serve as Guardian Ad Litem in probate and juvenile cases and is regularly appointed to serve in such roles in Buffalo County and District Court.
Areas of Practice:
Luke was raised and currently resides in Ravenna, Nebraska, where he gladly serves clients in the firm’s Ravenna office. Luke is happy to serve the community where he grew up and also represents clients throughout central Nebraska. Luke stays active in his community and especially enjoys volunteering his time to coach the Ravenna Legion baseball teams.
